Jane Austen classic to be staged at The Oval Bandstand and Lawns

Chapterhouse Theatre Company will stage Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility at The Oval Bandstand and Lawns in Cliftonville this August.

The story centres on Elinor and Marianne Dashwood as they make their first forays into the exciting world of Regency society.

The timeless classic from Jane Austen follows the sisters as they fall in love and experience heartbreak for the first time in their quest to strike a balance between sense and sensibility.

Established in 1999, Chapterhouse Theatre Company is a critically acclaimed theatre company and has been touring for more than 20 years. Specialising in open air Shakespeare, classical literature and family shows.

Sense and Sensibility will be stage at The Oval Banstand and Lawns in Eastern Esplanade, Cliftonville on Friday 25th August from 7pm.
