Your Move Margate trio leap from 15000ft for fundraising sky dive

Leaping from 15000ft

Colleagues from Your Move Margate have leapt 15,000 feet in a sky dive to raise funds for charity.

The firm’s rental manager Juliette Malagodi, lettings co-ordinator Kristina Guoge and director Patrick McDonnell headed to Old Sarum Park in Salisbury for the fundraising challenge on April 28.

The trio jumped from the GoSkyDive plane at 15,000 ft and were in freefall at 125mph before opening their parachutes.

The dive has so far raised £1,100 for chosen charity Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.

Juliette said: “”We are so pleased to help such a great cause that really helps so many people who struggle with the everyday tasks we take for granted.

“It was so exciting to jump and overcome the fear. It is an amazing experience.”

Almost two million people in the UK are living with sight loss that has a significant impact on their daily lives. Of those, around 180,000 rarely leave their homes alone and lead lonely, isolated lives. Guide Dogs works for a world where people with sight loss are never left out of life, where being blind or partially sighted is not what defines you and where there is enough support to make the challenges of sight loss no barrier to fulfilling hopes and dreams.
