Detectives investigating an incident where two men were stabbed in Ramsgate last night (April 6) have released images of five men who may be able to assist enquiries.

Kent Police was called to a report of a disturbance in Harbour Street at 11.20pm. Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and two men were treated for puncture wounds.

One victim was taken to a local hospital and another was taken to a London hospital. Neither of the victims’ injuries are believed to be life-threatening.

Officers remain in the area and CCTV images of five men who they would like to identify have been released as part of an ongoing investigation.

  1. What a brave bunch of lads they are having to use weapons to sort out a disagreement that could possibly be resolved easily without violence

  2. Chav scum, no doubt their parents are the same. Scum breeds scum and the cycle continues. Catch then and castrate them. It’s the best way to stop the chav takeover.

  3. What chav takeover?
    My partner and I have many, many times visited cafes, pubs and restaurants in the town. Even late at night, well after our bedtime. We’ve never experienced nor witnessed violence of the sort described. Obviously, it does happen. But to describe it as a “chav takeover” is way off the mark.
    However, to be on the safe side, in addition to my bus pass and membership card for the Derby and Joan club, my handbag will contain a set of knuckle dusters, a rice flail and a 15″ Jackal Hunting Knife.
