Family boxing sessions are being held by The Hornets Boxing Club in Ramsgate.
Children get to train with mums, dads ,sisters, brothers, nans, grandads aunties and uncles. The sessions are to improve fitness,learn basic boxing skills and have fun with all the family.
Starting age is four years and over. Adults are responsible for their own children. Sessions run on Sundays between 10am and 11am and cost £3.
The club has also recently held its presentations, hosted by Macies in Ramsgate, and its ABA competitive boxer awards.
Best overall boxer went to Callum Sandy, best senior boxer went to Joshua Ring and most improved senior boxer went to Ben Turner.
The Hornets Boxing Club is at 18 Leigh Road in Ramsgate.
