Thanet council has put up a warning sign in Margate cemetery after discovering someone has laid poison at the site.

The notice warns that bait which could be harmful to animals has been laid without permission.

It is understood that two squirrels and a Jay have already died and several birds are thought to have been affected.

Dog walkers are urged to be vigilant. Do not touch the substance if found but report it to the crematorium office.

You have quite obviously never seen an animal dying from being poisoned, and if you had you would not have made such a ridiculous statement.
