Police have cordoned off Dane Park in Margate this morning (August 31) after a serious assault.
Officers at the scene have taped off the area while investigations continue.

Kent Police say an investigation has been launched after a man was found with serious injuries.
An assault is reported to have taken place in the early hours today before 5.20am in the park.
The victim, a man in his 20s, suffered serious head and leg injuries. He has been taken to a London hospital where his condition is described as being serious but stable.
A police cordon has been placed at the scene and enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
