Photography exhibition at The Kitchen CT9

Twenty five Thanet photographers are each exhibiting one piece of work at an exhibition opening in Cliftonville on Monday (July 8).

The Thanet Photographers Exhibition will run for two weeks at The Kitchen CT9 in Cliff Terrace.

Organised by Margate photographer Frank Leppard, others displaying their work include John Horton, Adam Dark, Kerri Baker, Isabelle de Ridder, Sinead le Blond,Sue Fewings and Mel Chennell.

All entry fee money is being donated to The Kitchen CT9, which is run by couple Ann Newstead and Alexander Roarke.

The Kitchen CT9 works closely with  residents in Cliftonville to provide nutritious, low cost food with many of their customers generously paying forward meals for those less well off.

Through their parent charity, Thanet Iceberg Project, they also have a furniture bank and a liaison service that helps people to access any local services that they may require.

Thanet Photographers Exhibition will include a meet the photographer session from 4.30pm on Monday.

The exhibition is on show during The Kitchen CT9 opening hours from 9am each day.
