Police and ambulance response in Cliftonville due to ‘verbal altercation’

A police presence in Cliftonville yesterday (June 9) was due to a reported ‘verbal altercation.’

Ambulance and police vehicles were called to the scene off Dalby Square at around 5pm.

A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called to a disturbance at a property in Dalby Square at around 5pm on Sunday 9 June Officers attended the location where it was reported there had been a verbal altercation.

“Enquiries into the matter remain ongoing.”
