Some 20 children and six childminders are getting ready to complete a sponsored walk for charity.
The Thanet Childminders group are taking on the ‘Muddy Puddle Walk’ to raise cash for Save the Children,
They are meeting at Palm Bay café this morning (May 14) and walking around the green and back. Member Joanne Zannetti said: “We are all Thanet based childminders and the fund raiser has been organised by the Thanet childminders’ collaboration, raising outcomes for children.
“We are the first childminding collaboration in Kent and have been running two years. We offer a home from home childcare environment and deliver the free funding, flexibility.
“The majority of us are outstanding/good Ofsted graded. “
