Crews were called out to a basement fire in Ramsgate today (December 11).
Two engines attended a property in Duncan Road at 1.10pm.
A Kent Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet and covering jet to extinguished the fire. A high pressure fan was used to clear the building of smoke. There are no reported casualties and the cause isn’t yet known.”
The scene was clear by 2.30pm.
