Ramsgate family light up home in aid of Kent Air Ambulance and launch fundraiser page

The light spectacular at the Keen family home in 2018

A Ramsgate family who lit up their Nethercourt home with a huge 25,000 bulb Christmas light display in aid of charity are continuing their fundraising.

Former Food Shack owner Tyrone Keen, wife Katie and five-year-old Bethany created the light spectacular at their home in Nethercourt Farm Road to raise funds for the Kent Air Ambulance.

The family had Santa, elves a snow machine and more for a three day event this week (December 1-3) but have now launched a justgiving page to boost funds for the Kent Air Ambulance.

Katie said: “Please dig deep no matter how big or small your donation every single penny matters and counts. These people are saving lives every single day! They are brave and courageous and put their life saving skills to the test each time they go to a scene.”

Families who attended the light up event also enjoyed mulled wine, a raffle, glo sticks and photos with Santa.
