A man has been charged with three offences after staggering drunk onto the tracks at Ramsgate rail station and into the path of an oncoming high speed train.
The man has been charged with trespass, possessing an offensive weapon – a knuckleduster – and a public order offence.
Southeastern staff intervened. British Transport Police made the arrest.
