Two teenagers from Ramsgate are in custody following a police chase this morning (June 27).
The pursuit began at around 5.45am when officers asked a motorist driving along the A299 near Monkton to stop but were ignored.
A chase then took place through Ramsgate until the vehicle, a Nissan Micra, was found near Lyndhurst Road.
Two teenagers were arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft and burglary.
The two 16-year-old boys currently remain in custody while enquiries are ongoing.
