Fire crews have been called to two car fires outside flats in Ramsgate.
Two engines attended the scene in Victoria Road at 12.50pm.
Black smoke plumes could be seen from the seafront and residents report hearing the cars ‘explode.’ Crews finished at the scene at 1.45pm.
