The former Belgian Café is having its test opening tonight (June 20) under its new name of The Green Tara.
The business is serving street food as well as beers and coffee. It has undergone a complete makeover since the Belgian Cafe closed its doors in February.
Punters will be pleased to hear the famous pizzas and Belgium beers are still available.
The bar first opened in 2000. When it closed it was being operated by Belgium Boho Ltd which had taken over from former boss Andy Barrett.
Mr Barrett is now listed as The Green Tara general manager on the venue’s facebook page. The bar is expected to open officially next week.
