A driver has been charged with failing to provide a breath test after police were called to a car crashed into a lamppost in West Dumpton Lane at 10.42pm last night (May 17).
No injuries were reported.
Terry Last, 33, of Kingsgate Avenue in Broadstairs, was charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required to do so.
He has been released on police bail to appear at Margate Magistrates’ Court on June 5.
