Dreamland is giving residents the chance to name one of its nine new rides – and the winner will be invited to be among the first to experience the ride, along with up to nine friends.
A modern take on the much-loved classic Enterprise ride, the ride looking for a name is an open-air thriller that transports riders 60 feet through the air at 25 miles per hour.
Seating 24 people, two per gondola, the ride will treat visitors to an awe-inspiring experience that transforms from the horizontal to the nearly vertical.
To be in with a chance to name this new ride, entrants need to come up with a name that is:
- Fun
- Thrilling and bold
- A maximum of three words
- Original
- True to the spirit of Dreamland
The competition will be open from 9am tomorrow (May 18) until 11.59pm on Saturday, June 23 and can be entered here https://namedreamlandride.co.uk/
Entries are limited to one per person and judging will take place between Monday,June 25 and Friday,June 29, by a panel of judges.
The winning entry will be announced by Wednesday, July 4 and invited along to be among the first to experience the ride, along with up to nine friends on its opening weekend of July 21-22.
