Shoppers at Westwood Cross can visit a regal-themed pop up park in the week leading up to the royal wedding.

The centre’s Pop up Park will be adorned with bunting, aerial decorations and even a throne – perfect for royal selfies! Guests should also keep their eyes peeled for two very special ‘royal’ guests. Expect to see ‘Meghan’ and ‘Harry’ as they pose for photos and pick up a few last minute items at Westwood Cross ahead of their big day!

Francesca Donovan, centre manager at Westwood Cross, said: “With excitement building around the country for the wedding of the year, we are really getting into the spirit and giving our Pop up Park a royal makeover. We can’t wait to surprise guests with our royal lookalikes!

“Throughout the week we will be taking part in #channelrocks with a £10 Westwood Cross gift card to anyone who finds the ‘Royal Rocks around the shopping centre. Keep an eye on Facebook and Twitter pages for all the latest information.

“On the day of the wedding, we will welcome more visitors to enjoy a fun-filled family day, with face painting and entertainment.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are to wed on Saturday, May 19, at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.

The Archbishop of Canterbury will officiate the wedding.
