Free Drum n Bass workout programme for youngsters at Quarterdeck Youth Club

Fitness workouts for youngsters, Fight Klub style

A free Fight Klub workout for youngsters aged between 12 and 18 is being held in Cliftonville from next Friday (April 27).

Fitness instructor Loz Elliot has been commissioned by Kent County Council and Quarterdeck youth club to head up a six week programme of  drum n bass healthy rave work outs.

The first session is on April 27 from 4pm to 5pm and youngsters who want to take part just need to register with the youth club in Zion Place.

Loz, who has been in the fitness industry for more than a decade and came second in the 2014 Miss Galaxy Universe fitness show, said: “They have asked me to put on my Fight Klub’s drum n bass healthy rave workout for kids age 12/18 years to help encourage them to get fit and have fun doing so.

“They had heard about Fight Klub’s Thanet DNB workout and thought that would be perfect for young children as the music disco lights will appeal to the youngsters. It is very important to encourage kids to keep fit and healthy and learn about diet and nutrition.”
