A ‘mermaid’ is due to wash up at Walpole Bay at 2pm today (April 13).
The St Ives Mermaid first made an appearance in 2016 after buying a two stone, silicone and neoprene ‘tail’
Hospital receptionist Laura Evans, who said she was initially inspired by the film Splash and then by a beautiful sunset on a Cornish beach, will be testing out a new tail from Merthology Creations.
I’ve been gushing about my visit to @DreamlandMarg over on Instagram 💗🎡🎠🎢 A big shout out to the staff who were GORGEOUS 💓 Thank you for the best day! https://t.co/0DOiZO9iFI #margate pic.twitter.com/U4idi4NQEv

Laura has also popped in to Dreamland – without her tail.
