Ramsgate FC U15 striker Charlie Meade scored the opening goal at a county level match on Saturday (January 27)
Charlie is the only Thanet player to make the Kent U15 squad and made his mark by putting Kent FA ahead of their Sussex opponents in the first half.
Securing all 3 points, the Kent FA squad took a 5-4 win at the Sporting Club, Thamesmead, match.
Sussex FA had been unbeaten going into the game and started the stronger side but with goals going in at regular intervals it was Kent FA who ultimately finished the victors .
