Youngsters invited to join Yo Street Zone panna football club in Thanet

Yofi coaches Panna football skills

A Thanet street football club is planning a fourth Panna event at Dreamland this year.

Yo Street Zone, which had members representing the UK at last year’s street panna world championships in Copenhagen, also hopes to be working with more schools and football clubs in 2018.

Coach and Yo Street Zone founder Yofi Yvorra has released a new video showing some of the skills youngsters could learn.

He said: “It’s a synchronised football skills choreography filmed with my student Jacopo at Arlington car park with the Dreamland wheel in the background.”

Last year Yofi and pal David Dixon showed off their footie skills in an advert for Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK and the UEFA Europa League.

If anyone wants to learn football skills and panna and improve their ball control, they can join the Yo Street Zone Football Skills Club which runs every Thursday from 6pm – 7:30 pm at King Ethelbert school’s sports hall.

Cost is £5 for a 90 minute session.

One to one coaching and workshops for schools and football clubs are also on offer.
