
Ramsgate harbour is twinkling with beautiful decorations added by boat owners and now prizes have been handed out for some of the most stunning displays.
More than 80 craft were judged in the competition with winners announced yesterday (December 15) at the Royal Temple Yacht Club.

Best dressed yacht was won by Yacht Avventura, fondly known as the Christmas tree yacht. owned by Mark Andrews and Jonathon Hague.

Second was Blown Away owned by Don Gray. Third was Oyster, belonging to Brian Chapman and fourth went to Saje + Tubsey owned by Alan Lucas.

In the Barges category Serendipity owned by Jennie Freeman was named winner, followed by Fryslan owned by Sophie Rouget.

For Motor Cruisers Stormalong, owned by Mr Wise, took first; M+Ns, belonging to Nicholas Cole, came second and Waverider came in third.
Highly commended went to LeDaneka & Sheemaun, belonging to Mr and Mrs Pell and best lit of the Arches was awarded to Something Fishy.
