A 64 year old man arrested in Ramsgate on Sunday (December 10 ) on suspicion of grooming has been released pending further enquiries.
The man was arrested after being confronted by paedophile hunter group Shadow Hunters UK.
The group says the man had arranged but then cancelled a meet with a 13 year old girl, who was actually a decoy from the group, They claim he sent an indecent image and instructed the girl to perform a sexual act.
Police arrested the man, from Ramsgate, in Addington Street.
