I saw young lads that might have been these with a third lad in a royal blue anorak top yesterday morning (Monday) They were on my bus then got off and drifted through the town. I later saw them again and they were walking up the hill towards the Kwikfit garage laughing about something as if they have just nicked something somewhere and got away with it. I would say they were 15/16, thin and not the brightest. Also one of them kept making noises as if he had tourettes.
