The Co-op store in Birchington has presented the Chairman of the RNLI Birchington & District branch with a cheque for more than £4294 as part of their community fund support for local charities.
The Co-op has also pledged to donate 1% of sales of their products for the next 11 months if customers register the RNLI as their local chosen charity. There is an 0800 telephone number on any Co-op receipt if customers wish to register their support.
