9 Thanet properties due to go under the hammer

A cycle shop and two flats in St Peter’s will go under the hammer this month.

SP Cycles, which took a 10 year lease in 2016, and two flats at 98-100 Albion Street have a guide price of £410,000- £420,000.

The mixed use property is currently let at £35,240 per annum

It is listed in the latest Clive Emson auction.

Birchington

Also being auctioned is a plot of land in Birchington with planning permission for the building of 12 apartments.

The land at 8 Beach Avenue measures 0.26 acres (0.1 hectares) and has a freehold guide price of £840-860,000.

A detached bungalow currently on the site is due to be demolished.

Also going under the hammer is Flat 2, 31 Station Road in Birchington, a leasehold one bedroom property for improvement with a guide of £60-65,000.

A 0.73 acres (0.3 hectares) plot of land at Minster Services in  Laundry Road is also for sale. It has planning permission for a change of use from parking to the siting of a portable  building with canopy for use as a car wash. The freehold guide price is £125-150,000.
