
Police have arrested a man after finding cannabis plants at a property in Cliftonville.
Officers from the Divisional Support Unit were on patrol in the area when they discovered the drugs in Northdown Road at around 7.30pm on Tuesday (September 26).
A total of 21 plants of varying sizes were seized, and the growing equipment was dismantled by police.
A 49-year-old man from Cliftonville was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis. He has been released pending further enquiries.
