Police have been notified following two suspected arsons in Dane Valley last night and in the early hours of this morning (September 26-27).
Fire crews were first called to a shed blaze at Dane Valley allotments at 8.15pm.The blaze had spread to allotments and buildings.

The fire was extinguished by 8.54pm but KFRS were called again at 12.24am to tackle yet another shed fire in the same place.
A KFRS spokesman said:”Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a shed fire in Dane Valley Road, Margate. On arrival crews found a garden shed on allotments well alight which had spread to surrounding trees and damaged other out buildings. Crews used a main jet to extinguish the blaze. The cause is believed to have been deliberate.

“Crews were later called to the same location to tackle another shed fire at 12:24am. Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguished the fire, which is believed to have been deliberate. They left the scene at 12:49am.”
Dane Valley and Millmead have been subject to a series of arson attacks this year on cars, caravans, the forest school site and at the Dane Valley Woods.
Kent Police have been made aware. A police spokesman said: “Officers attended the scene. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances of the incident.”
