Two fire engines are currently at the scene of a fire in Dane Valley.
The blaze is at the allotments site and is believed to be yet another arson attack in the ward.
Dane Valley councillor Gary Taylor is at the scene.
Cllr Gary Hillman said: “It seems to be under control but looks like arson again.”
Dane Valley and Millmead have been subject to a series of arson attacks this year on cars, caravans, the forest school site and at the Dane Valley Woods.
Kent Fire and Rescue were called out at 8.15pm and then again at 12.24am.
A spokesman said: “Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a shed fire in Dane Valley Road, Margate. On arrival crews found a garden shed on allotments well alight which had spread to surrounding trees and damaged other out buildings. Crews used a main jet to extinguish the blaze. The cause is believed to have been deliberate.
“Crews were later called to the same location to tackle another shed fire at 12:24am. Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguished the fire, which is believed to have been deliberate. They left the scene at 12:49am.”
