
The M2 has been closed Coastbound due to two collisions between Junction 5 (Sittingbourne) and Junction 6 (Faversham) at 7.15am today (September 11).
Kent Police and the air ambulance are on the scene.
Two collisions on the London-bound and coastbound carriageways of the #M2 junctions 5 to 6. Both closed at present.

Coastbound traffic is now being released but will be halted again when the air ambulance takes off.

Traffic is also being held before the crash on the Londonbound carriageway to enable the air ambulance to land.
Traffic is being diverted off of the M2 onto the M2 J5 Roundabout. Expect long delays in the area.
