A female seal pup has been rescued after getting stranded at Pegwell today (September 8).
The Wildlife Conservation in Thanet group reported the common seal pup as stranded during this afternoon’s high tide.
Members of the group reported it to British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) and assisted in the pup’s rescue.
BDMLR transported the pup to Mallydams in Hastings.
