If you are looking for something to do this evening the Ramsgate Festival closes with a parade and fire show this evening (July 30)
Despite the disappointment of the 300ft waterslide being cancelled the show goes on and organisers hope to finish the festival on a positive note.
The nine-day event has included workshops, opera on the beach, a pirate day, talks and exhibitions across the town and the End of the Pier show.

This week has also seen hundreds of people visit the unique, evening Littoral Light exhibition of art at Dumpton Gap.

Tonight at 8pm until 9pm the Twilight Procession will take place from Harbour Parade.
Presented by Andrew Kim of Handmade Parade, it will feature boats, shoals of fishes, guardians of the deep and fisher folk.

Then at 9pm-9.35pm at the beach at Ramsgate main sands.
This promises a mix of circus skills, choreographed fire dancing and showmanship.
