A man has been charged with a robbery in Margate.
Marcus Turner, 31, of no fixed address, was charged on Sunday (21 May).
The charge relates to an incident in Union Row on Saturday (20 May) when a man had a mobile phone and wallet stolen.
Turner has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court via video link this morning.
A 28-year-old woman from Margate was also arrested in connection with the incident and has been released pending further enquiries.
