Emergency services including Kent Police, Ramsgate fire crew, Ramsgate RNLI and groups such as the sea cadets were on Marine Parade for the Sea Safety Day today (May 21).
Coxless Crew Double World Record holder Meg Dyos chatted and signed autographs, life-saving skills were demonstrated and Ramsgate mayor Trevor Shonk and the carnival court popped in along for a visit.
The event was supported by Ramsgate Town Team, Ramsgate Town Council and Thanet council.
