Planet Thanet beer festival is well underway at Margate’s Winter Gardens.
The CAMRA festival opened yesterday and runs today (Saturday) until 8.30pm with last orders at 7,45pm.
The Four Candles Hazelnut Porter was the first cask to be emptied at the fest. Other isle businesses sharing their ales include the Lifeboat and Chapel bars which hosted the cider and perries bar.
More than 200 varieties are on offer at the event.
Entry is £3 or free to CAMRA members (with cards).
