A Thanet coach operator has been named as a finalist in a national competition.
Carol Peters Coach Travel, which has been based in Thanet for more than 20 years, is in the running to scoop an award for Coach Operator of the Year in the UK Coach Awards.
The firm, with offices in Manston and Westgate, is also a finalist in three other categories.
A spokesman for the firm said: “This is a massive achievement for our family business to be up for four UK Awards. “We are also nominated for the Innovation Award – Fun in the community due to our Carol Peters music videos and Coach Driver of the Year, with a massive well done to Andy Snow. There is also the Customer Service Award nomination for Julie Herbert.
“This is a fantastic achievement for us and all of our team.”
The ceremony will take place in Manchester on May 4.
