The orange flame of creativity burned bright in the Old Kent Market, last Saturday (November 25) when Inspirations Writers Group – 2017 Kent Creative Finalists – publicly launched their second book, within 12 months.
Orange Anthology, echoes the theme of their first work – Red – in that each piece has the colour Orange somewhere within its lines. It promises: “a bucks fizz of excitement …with thirty-two slices of juicy poetry and prose to choose from.
“You may find the Navel (gazing) memoir, the murderous blood-orange, the bitter tang of a Seville, or the small, sweet easy-going mandarin. Whatever citrus species appeals, there’s something for everyone in this second cornucopia from the Inspirations orchard.”
Members are already working on their next publication -Yellow- due for release in 2018.
