Emergency services have attended a collision between a car and a truck in Manston today (May 28).
Police and paramedics attended the incident at the Manston Road/Manston Court Road junction at 10.52am.
One man was taken to QEQM Hospital a second person was attended to at the scene.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called to a report of a collision in Manston involving a car and a truck at 10.52am.
“Officers attended the scene at the junction between Manston Road and Manston Court Road. A man was treated at the scene for injuries not believed to be serious.
“The road was clear by around 12.30pm.”
A South East Coast Ambulance spokesperson added: “SECAmb were called at approx. 10:50am to reports of a two-vehicle collision on the junction of Manston Road and Manston Court Road in Ramsgate.
“Multiple crews attended the scene and assessed and treated two patients, before taking one to the QEQM hospital for further medical treatment and discharging the second patient on scene.”
, Not necessarily in this incident, but drivers , mostly young, approach roundabouts at speed they look right and keep going, failing to see other cars already on the roundabout from the left. Also non British drivers do this , they need to understand the HC
