A motorcyclist was taken to hospital following a crash in Birchington last night (July 23).
Police and South East Coast Ambulance service (SECAmb) were called to a collision between a car and motorbike at the Manston Road/Shottendane Road junction just before 9.30pm.
The motorcyclist for treated at the scene before being taken to the William Harvey Hospital.
A SECAmb spokesperson said: “SECAmb were called shortly before 9:30pm yesterday (23/07/25) to reports of a collision involving a vehicle and a motorbike on the junction of Manston Road and Shottendane Road in Birchington.
“Crews assessed and treated one patient at the scene for injuries including to their femur, before taking them to William Harvey Hospital for further medical treatment”
A Kent Police spokesperson added: “Kent Police was called at 9.27pm on Wednesday 23 July to a collision involving a car and a motorbike in Manston Road.
“Officers attended the scene alongside paramedics and the motorcyclist was treated for injuries. He was taken to a local hospital for further medical attention.”
