A man has sadly been pronounced dead at the scene after a report of concern for a man in Cliftonville.
Emergency services were called to Cliff Terrace at 1.45pm yesterday (September 18). A man in his 60s was pronounced deceased. His death is not being treated as suspicious.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called at 1.45pm on Friday 18 September to a report of concern for a man near Cliff Terrace, Margate.
“Officers attended alongside other emergency services and a man in his 60s was pronounced deceased at the scene.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.”
The man’s next of kin have been informed.
