A cyclist has been taken to hospital following a collision in Margate this morning (June 22).
Kent Police was called at 8am to the collision involving a car and a cyclist in Grosvenor Gardens.
Officers and paramedics attended the scene where the cyclist was treated for injuries.
The road was closed while emergency services were at the scene and reopened shortly after 8.45am.
The cyclist’s injuries are understood to have not been serious.
No doubt the cyclist will get the blame for it as usual.

To be honest it’s both ,I live close by and see cars not indicating,speeding,cyclists not indicating and just pull off the pavement and crossing the road causing close shaves .As I said both sides to blame and pedestrians who just walk out into the road
