Bikes of all shapes and sizes could be seen in Margate over the banki holiday weekend thanks to the Mod Weekender and Not The Margate Meltdown.
Great British Music Culture had a line up of music and events at Olby’s Soul Café as well as its Saturday market and a scooter run organised by South Coast Pirates.
The Mod Weekender ran from Friday to Sunday.
It was followed by thousands of bikers arriving in the town on Bank Holiday Monday for an unofficial Meltdown.
The annual event is usually headed up by the Ace Café but was cancelled due to a hike in fees for closing roads.
That didn’t stop enthusiasts taking to the road for the trip to Margate, with bikes on show in areas including the Parade and by Turner Contemporary.
