Big-hearted Ramsgate café boss Rio Bilgic will once again be providing free dinners on Boxing Day for people who are homeless and in need.
The boss of Rio’s café in Grange Road says this year he and his team will be delivering frere meals on Boxing Day to a 10 mile radius and will also be making drop offs to food shelters.
The dad-of-two, who lives in Margate, said: “This year myself and my team will be delivering food to those in need, any family or person who needs it. We will deliver food to the door whether it is Christmas dinner, burgers, fries or kids’ meals.
“Thanks to everyone who helped us by donating last year, it helped a huge amount and we served 66 meals.
“If you want to take part, please donate as little as £1, the more help we get the more meals that can be provided.”
Anyone who needs a Boxing Day meal can text Rio with their address and how many people there are.

Rio, 40, has headed up the café – formerly Beano’s – for four-and-a-half years but has been in catering for more than 20 years with venues previously in Ramsgate and Sandwich.
He came to the UK from Turkey as a student at Canterbury College, first working in takeaways and restaurants until finally having his own venues.
