Tacos, Quesadillas, Nachos and Burritos will soon be on offer at Westwood Cross with the opening of a new Taco Bell.

The chain was established in California in 1962 and is now a global brand with 8,200+ restaurants in over 32 countries around the world.

The world’s  largest Mexican-inspired quick service brand has nearby outlets in Dover, Folkestone and Canterbury.

Bosses say they are unable to share more details just now but the firm is advertising for an assistant general manager for the site.

Westwood Cross says the fast food restaurant is ‘opening soon.’

A planning application for the taco chain shows that it wants to operate a 30 cover restaurant and takeaway in the Debenhams building between 11am and 11pm each day. The application says the business will provide 20 staff, comprising 8 full-time and 12 part-time roles.
