A man has been charged in connection with a reported robbery in Ramsgate.
Kent Police was called to an address in Boundary Road shortly after 3am on Sunday (7 July), after it was reported that a man had been threatened before a mobile phone and tablet were taken from the property.
An investigation led to offers making an arrest yesterday (July 9), and during a search a knuckleduster and a bag containing a white substance, suspected to be amphetamine, were recovered.
Later that day, Jamie Bonny, of Station Road, Westgate, was charged with robbery, possession of a class B drug and possession of a knuckleduster.
Mr Bonny, 34, was remanded in custody to appear before Margate Magistrates’ Court today.
Suppose miss Clyde was the lookout at least Bonny has been arrested and going to court Clyde was lucky.
