Thieves target cars in Minster during early hours of Christmas Day

Police are investigating after thieves targeted a number of cars around Minster in the early hours of Christmas Day.

Kent Police received calls on the morning of Monday 25 December reporting that items had been stolen from cars in streets including Monkton Road, Monkton Street and Willets Hill.

It is believed the cars were targeted between midnight and 7am on the morning of 25 December, with tools and fishing equipment amongst the items stolen.

Investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who might have information that could assist them with their enquiries, such as ring doorbell footage or CCTV.

There have also been additional reports of theft from cars over the Christmas period in St Nicholas-at-Wade and Cliffsend.
