It is among more than 100 stores that will shut down for good next week.
Wilko went into administration on August 10.
A deal has been agreed which will retain the Wilko name with The Range agreeing to buy the brand, website and Intellectual Property. It does not include any physical stores.
A deal by administrators with Pepco Group, and one already reached with B&M, has been made for 122 Wilko properties although they will shut before the sites are taken over. Neither of the Thanet sites were included.
