Red, white and blue was the theme at St Laurence Juniors in Ramsgate, where pupils and staff took part in royal celebrations.
Pupils enjoyed a fun-filled week packed with Coronation workshops including dancing, singing, outdoor orienteering and a variety of arts and crafts.
On Friday afternoon, the school gathered together for a Coronation picnic and crown procession. The children sung the National Anthem and the Official Coronation song ‘Our King’ with gusto.
Deputy Head, Louise Buckland said “It was so lovely to be able to bring the whole school together to celebrate such a historic moment. The children had a wonderful day celebrating.”
