A man in his 60s was confirmed as deceased after emergency services were called to Broadstairs yesterday (May 1).
Police were called to the seafront off West Cliff Promenade at 8.55am due to concern for the welfare of the man.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called following a report of concern for a person on the seafront off West Cliff Promenade, Broadstairs at around 8.55am on Monday 1 May.
“Officers attended the scene with other emergency services where a man in his 60s was confirmed deceased. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report is being prepared for the coroner.”
